REFUND AND RETURNS

Your right to request a return or exchange is granted within 14 days of receiving your item, as per our 14-day return policy.

Sale items are non-refundable

In order be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, have tags, and be in its original packing. You will also need to provide a receipt or some other proof of purchase.

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us at [email protected] and provide us with the specifics and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the address to send it back to, along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. We will not accept items that are shipped back to us without a return request being made first.

Damages and issues

When you receive your order, please check it right away. If the item is broken, damaged, or not the right one, contact us right away so that we can look into the problem and fix it as soon as we can.

Exceptions

Returns are only accepted for items purchased from Pashmina Queen and Crafts, and we do not accept returns on sale or clearance items or gift cards.

Quick Exchanges


The quickest approach to receive what you want is to reach out to us, send back the item you now have, and when we accept the return, make a new purchase for the item you want.

Refunds and Additional Charges

We will inform you when we have received and examined your return, and we will let you know whether or not your refund has been granted. If your request is approved, you will get a refund automatically through the payment method you used to make the purchase, less any extra fees that may apply.

Once we get the item, we will refund your account within 7 to 10 days. Please keep in mind that it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to execute the refund.

Additional Charges on Refunds

A $10 restocking fee is charged for each order to compensate missed sales, unless the item is returned because it is damaged.

We will additionally collect any payment gateway fees that have been incurred as a result of the initial purchase. This includes fees from credit cards, Apple Pay, Stripe, PayPal, and other payment methods.
